uvex produces and distributes sporting goods in the winter sports and cycling segments under the uvex brand.
In order to adequately highlight the outstanding quality of uvex' products, a selection of sales partners suitable for the sale of these products is required according to certain qualitative and quantitative selection criteria. uvex products will therefore be sold as part of a selective sales system.
uvex' selective sales system covers the territory of the European Union (EU) and the European Economic Area (EEA) as well as Switzerland, Great Britain and the EU candidate countries Albania, Bosnia-Herzegovina, Northern Macedonia, Moldova, Montenegro and Serbia. Ukraine and Georgia will be added to the selective sales system territory as of October 1, 2024.
