You can buy all uvex products and any necessary replacement parts at the sports dealer. You can easily find the expert dealers near you using the uvex store locator. If you need a replacement part for your uvex product, your dealer will be happy to order it for you. If available, it will be delivered within a week.
Please note that uvex itself does not accept orders from or make direct deliveries to end customers.
All uvex products are manufactured according to the highest quality standards and are subject to strict, in-house inspections which often exceed any legal requirements. Should your product have defects in spite of these precautions, contact your appropriate sporting goods dealer with your warranty claims (legal warranty period as of 2009: 2 years) and repair requests.

Not all eyewear products can take corrective lenses. You can get more information from our partner Rodenstock, which represents our brand in the optometrist market.
Individual light conditions and areas of use require different lens types. For example, uvex Polavision lenses eliminate reflections and provide especially comfortable vision, uvex dégradé lenses offer perfect glare protection above and optimal vision below, thanks to the gradient which lightens towards the bottom. The common feature of all uvex lenses is the integrated UV filter, which protects against harmful rays with 100% certainty.
All uvex lifestyle eyewear is already equipped with specially coated lenses as part of their basic design. Independent of the lens color, they contain a UV filter that protects 100% against harmful UV radiation.

Please clean the lenses of your eyewear only with water and a mild soap.
Do not use a dirty or rough cloth. Eyewear marked with supravision have an anti-fog coating on the inside. This coating is sensitive to scratching, therefore you should handle the inside very carefully and not wipe it off.
Store your eyewear in the case provided and protect the product from extreme temperature changes during storage.
We appreciate your interest in our innovative products. Unfortunately, our products are repeatedly offered in so-called fake shops. Fake shops are online shops that sell products but do not ship them after payment. In part, these shops even use original product photos and descriptions. As a rule, customers have to pay in advance by bank transfer.
To spare you bad experiences, we would like to give you some tips and indications that help you recognize fake shops. What you should look for:
- existing and complete imprint (with register details and authorized representative)
- existing terms and conditions (not a bad machine translation)
- secure payment options (not just pre-bank transfer)
- existing cancellation policy
- plausible prices (especially low prices may be an indication of fake shops)
